Always thinking

Here's to hoping this doesn't gross out any readers...

Eli turned into a bit of a liar today, right after (an inactive) dinner: "Mom, this one's shirt isn't wet because he peed on it. It's wet because he's sweaty." I'll give him points for creativity. When I called him out on his lying, he said (in his very spiffy, what I would imagine to be a teenage voice), "Okay, okay" (as if to say, be quiet mom, I get the point and really don't care).
